She was transported to the hospital by ambulance, but was sadly pronounced dead on arrival.
"Our condolences go out to family. It's a very tragic situation, we've seen the spectrum in our community from losing our very young to now again an innocent person of 62 years old, that we're very sad and again our condolences go out to the family," said Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
Preliminarily, there was possibly some type of white Audi SUV that may have been traveling at a fast rate of speed, traveling westbound on the same street
"We believe that the complainant and her husband were complete innocent bystanders, maybe they just got caught in the middle of gunfire or something," said Gonzalez. "Regardless of circumstances, very sad situation."
Authorities are asking for public's help. Anyone that heard shots anyone that saw disturbance or road rage situation is asked to call in.
