Five Wyoming veterans are seeking damages in federal court. They claim that KBR failed to take safety precautions when incinerating waste that contained chemicals in burn pits in Iraq and exposed soldiers to health damaging toxins. The lawsuit looks for damages related to medical expenses, pain and suffering and emotional distress. KBR has not issued a statement responding to the lawsuit
