Police officer charged murder in Cincinnati, Ohio is due in court

A University of Cincinnati police officer is due in court charged with murder in the shooting death of a motorist he pulled over for not have a front license plate. Officer Ray Tensing says he shot Samuel Dubose because he feared for his life. He says he thought he'd be dragged under his car. Prosecutors calls the shooting "senseless" and says he purposely killed Dubose.The body cam of the traffic stop has been released.
