Injured inmate's attorney speaks out after officers indicted in beating

Tuesday a Harris County grand injury indicted five officers in the beating of Jerome Bartee while he was an inmate last year. Four are charged with aggravated assault by a public servant and a fifth for misdemeanor assault.

We're told an argument turned violent last September. Bartee was allegedly beaten so badly he needed facial reconstruction surgery.  The Harris County DA's Office said it's important to pursue any wrong doing by officers of the law. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of those officers. They're expected to turn themselves in soon.

On the Factor to discuss the new development is the victim’s attorney Don Kidd.
