HFD cadet files age discrimination complaint

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - FOX 26 has obtained a copy of a recently filed age discrimination complaint from a member of the HFD Class of 2018 Training academy against Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner.

The complaint outlines alleged  age discrimination and harassment and retaliation.

The cadet asks that the allegations be investigated and that the cadet is immediately sworn into and promoted to the position of probationary firefighter.
