Firefighter injured overnight battling 3-alarm fire, authorities say

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - A firefighter was injured battling a 3-alarm fire at several town homes overnight.

Part of that building fell on top of him.

Embers from the original fire sparked more buildings to catch fire.

In total, five buildings sustained damages. It took firefighters about an hour and a half to put the blaze out.
