Customer becomes victim of racist rant by local towing company

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - It's being described as a racist rant caught on tape after a simple encounter on the freeway in Houston.

Now the business owner at the center of this controversy says "it's not me".

Isiah Carey was able to get a recording of the conversation from the woman who says she was the victim of this racist rant.
