BBQ Beef Sliders - Allison's Cooking Diary

With the Super Bowl just around the corner, everyone is thinking about food! What dish is your favorite to enjoy on Super Bowl Sunday? What are you going to bring to your party this year? I have an awesome and easy recipe for your to impress your family and friends with. 

This week on Allison's Cooking Diary, we are making BBQ Beef Sliders. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. cubed stew beef
  • 1 small can tomato soup
  • 1 onion, diced
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • Salt & pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add the chopped onions to the bottom of a Dutch oven.
  3. Add the beef and top with the tomato soup, sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, water, garlic powder, celery salt and s&p. Mix until combined.
  4. Bake covered for 2 ½ to 3 hours.
  5. Use a potato masher to break up the beef once it is done cooking.
  6. Add the beef to sliders, nachos, tacos or on a salad. Enjoy!
