Rise debuts in Houston Restaurant Weeks

Rise, a souffle restaurant on 1700 Post Oak Boulevard near the Houston Galleria, will take part in Houston Restaurant Weeks for the first time and will offer a dinner menu.

Guests can observe the open kitchen and watch as their dinners RISE.

Sous chef Nicholas Alvis describe the dinner menu options and owner Hedda Dowd explains why the souffle concept inspired her during a visit from Houston Restaurant Weeks founder Cleverley Stone.
