Police searching for information after the death of a man on Atwell

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Police are investigating what led to the death of a young Hispanic male Friday night.

It happened near several apartments along Atwell.

Police say around 9:45 p.m. a neighbor heard a gunshot and called 911.

When police arrived to the scene, they found the body.

Officers are looking for witnesses and camera footage from the area to find out what happened.
