HCSO's Sweat IV Vets giving back to U.S. veterans

The Harris County Sheriff's Office is giving back to veterans.

Since 2014, Sweat IV Vets has raised over $85,000 for area groups that support veterans.

Their annual charity events are coming up soon.

Honor Ride – September 7, 2019

• Start: HCSO Training Academy in Humble
• Finish: Backwoods Saloon in Conroe
• Registration at 9 a.m. and Kickstands up at 10:30 a.m.
• $25 for riders / $20 for passengers

• BBQ, raffle, silent auction, live music

5K & Kids 1K Race - October 27, 2019

• Kids 1K: 7:30 a.m.; $15
• 5K Race: 8 a.m.; $25.00 through 10/19, $30.00 10/20-26, $35 Race Day
• No Sweat: $15; arrive any time, cheer on runners, get a t-shirt and dog tag
