Chef David Guerrero demonstrates how to prepare quinoa salad (Peru), a first course option available as part of the three-course Houston Restaurant Weeks $35 dinner menu at Andes Cafe. The restaurant is also offering a $20 two-course lunch menu and $20 two-course brunch menu during Houston Restaurant Weeks, an annual volunteer-driven charitable event that directly benefits the Houston Food Bank.
