Winkler building fire: Smoke clouds seen in southeast Houston
HOUSTON - Houston Fire Department (HFD) is at the scene of a building fire on Friday evening.
Details are limited at this time, but officials received a call around 7:30 p.m. about a fire in the 8300 block of Winkler Drive at Howard in southeast Houston.
HFD is working to extinguish the fire.
