Lightning possible cause of large grass fire in Dickinson

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Lightning is being blamed for starting a large grass fire in Dickinson on Tuesday afternoon.

The fire started around 2:30 p.m. and was put out at about 3:45 p.m.

SkyFOX captured footage of the blaze near FM 517 and Highway 146. Several fire crews responded and were able to control the fire and put it out.
