Dawud Parker is accused of shooting his sister Alisha after she was found dead in a vehicle on Barker Cypress road.
HOUSTON - A man has been arrested for the shooting of his sister who was found dead outside a Houston gas station, according to police.

What we know:
The shooting happened shortly after 9 p.m. Tuesday near the 7-Eleven on Barker Cypress Road by the Katy Freeway.
Officers responded to the shooting and found a woman with gunshot wounds in the driver's seat of a black BMW sedan. She was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Police released a surveillance photo of a possible suspect on Wednesday.
In an update on Thursday, police identified the suspect and victim as siblings Dawud Parker and Alisa Kalee Parker. The surveillance photo allegedly shows Dawud leaving the BMW's passenger seat.
Dawud was charged with murder in connection to the shooting. Police say he was arrested on Thursday, provided a statement to homicide detectives, and was booked into the Harris County jail.
