5-year-old dies day after drowning incident, Fort Bend Co. Sheriff's Office says
A 5-year-old child involved in a near drowning Saturday has died, according to Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls.
The incident happened in the 3400 block of Tamarron Parkway in Katy on Saturday.
The child, identified as Collin Feng, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where medical officials worked hard to keep him alive. He was pronounced dead Sunday afternoon.
