Tropical Weather Forecast - August 15, 2021

Tropical Storm Fred will continue to bring heavy rain and some wind in the eastern Gulf of Mexico. What will become Tropical Storm Grace will have a hard time forming over the next few days, but it is expected to head into the Gulf of Mexico by the middle of the week. Grace will likely not become a tropical storm while moving over land including most of Cuba. The question is what it will be when it reaches the Gulf. It may be only a wave of moisture or possibly a storm. It's too early to know anything, but we are watching it closely.
