Houston man charged with three counts of capital murder denied bond
The man charged with killing a couple and their daughter in southwest Houston has been denied bond. 28-year-old Xavier Davis, who had been released on bond in previous convictions, faces three counts of capital murder and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
