Fighting for Mikese Morse
Mikese Morse and his family sough psychiatric care for his struggles for nearly a decade before he took himself to a police station, telling officers he was afraid he was going to hurt someone. He was institutionalized, but released prematurely. Almost immediately, he was driving when he plowed down a father and son riding their bikes on the sidewalk. After years of hearings and evaluations, he was deemed not guilty by reason of insanity. Now, his family is fighting to get him released to private care to continue his rehabilitation. His family and attorney join The Factor to talk about this journey and what?s next for the case, and the awareness they are trying to bring.
