A viral TikTok video shows police in Anne Arundel County in Maryland arresting a black man for refusing to show his ID while sitting as a passenger during a traffic stop. People are making the case that police had no business even checking his background in this situation. FOX 26’s Kaitlin Monte spoke with Houston Attorney and former police officer and judge, Charles Adams, to better understand the rights at play.
