Governor Greg Abbott visited Houston today to celebrate Texas' efforts in enhancing the reliability of the power grid. During his visit, Abbott attended the announcement of Calpine's expansion project, which aims to bring 425 megawatts of new, dispatchable generation to the Texas electrical grid
