Rodney Ellis on Camp Logan Riots resolution

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and others held a press conference to announce the Commissioners Court will be voting on a resolution to apologize to the families of African-American soldiers who were killed, beaten, and unjustly convicted during the 1917 Camp Logan Riot in Houston.
