HOUSTON (FOX 26) — After the owner of a car heard the cries of a small puppy stuck in the engine block, the Houston SPCA 24-hour animal rescue ambulance unit was able to help remove the dog.
The effort lasted four hours and the puppy will be checked out by a Houston SPCA veterinarian.
