HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Police say a man who was sitting on a railroad track in the Kingwood area has died after he was struck by a train. The Union Pacific Corporation train struck the man north of Kingwood Drive near Loop 494 at around 10:30 a.m. Friday. Police say they have not determined why the man was on the track in the path of the train.
