Bertha downgraded to remnants: Tracker, path, live radar
Tropical Storm Bertha made landfall in Louisiana on Wednesday evening and continues to make its way towards Texas.
Bertha is forecast to approach Texas on Thursday as a low-end tropical storm with gusty winds, some surge at the coast and periods of heavy rain.
