Bicyclist who shot driver in road rage shooting shares concerns about Houston roads

A Houston bicyclist says he shot a driver in self-defense after the man tried to run him off the road. The man and his wife, whose identity we are concealing for their protection, describe the incident in detail, and beg the public to be more mindful on the roads especially while driving.
