Not just balloons: How counties spy on us

There’s lot of focus on the balloon that was shot down over the weekend. China is not admitting it was a military balloon and says it was a civilian aircraft collecting weather data. There are other ways countries spy on us. Dr. Richard Sindelar, assistant professor and director for the Center of International Studies at the University of St. Thomas, gives us his take.
