Houston weather: Watching for potential development in the Gulf
A flare-up of storms in the SW Gulf continues to get more organized and is now being called Invest 92L. Invest 92L has been upgraded to a 70% high chance for tropical development over the next 48 hours and still at an 80% chance for development over the next 7 days. FOX 26 Meteorologist Remeisha Shade has the latest forecast.
