Talking rise in violent crimes and adding more courts to the Harris Co. system
Texas State Representative Ann Johnson has been on a mission to add more courts to the Harris County Court system, but her requests to the governor and other state officials have gone nowhere, she says. The addition of 3 courts would relieve a 15-year backlog and help process more felonies, bringing relief to more current, high-profile cases as well and helping with the escalating crime.
