Racist fliers one example of growing problem nationwide

Racist fliers were posted in one gated neighborhood depicting African-Americans in a horrible light, allegedly by masked men. Why do people still feel the need to spread so much hate in this day and age? CAIR Houston, an advocacy group fighting hate against Muslims, is stepping up to get to the bottom of this and also says this is just an example of what seems to be a growing trend nationwide.
