The main stage of the annual Tomorrowland music festival caught fire on Wednesday, July 16, just two days before the event was set to begin in Boom, Antwerp province, Belgium, according to local media.

A huge fire erupted at Belgium's Tomorrowland music festival site on Wednesday and had "severely damaged" the main stage two days before the event was due to start, organizers said.

The annual festival in the town of Boom, north of Brussels, which is scheduled to start Friday, draws tens of thousands of visitors from around Europe.
