HUMBLE, Texas - A man is in custody after a chase in north Harris County that ended with two deputies injured, and two patrol cars damaged, according to authorities.
North Harris County: Deputies injured in chase
What we know:
The Precinct 4 Constable's Office said the incident started on Kenswick Drive in Humble, just north of FM 1960.
A driver initially struck a Constable patrol vehicle on Kenswick and drove off. Authorities went after the suspect and a chase ensued.
Two constable deputies were reportedly struck during the chase before the suspect crashed into a second patrol car.

The suspect was taken into custody. Officials say the suspect showed signs of intoxication.
Medics were called to check on the two injured deputies. One of them was taken to a hospital for further evaluation.
