LA PORTE, Texas - The Fred Hartman Bridge has reopened in La Porte following a fatal crash that remains under investigation.

What we know:
Officials say the crash was in the northbound lanes of the bridge on Saturday afternoon.
Drivers in those lanes were being directed to the right shoulder, but the lanes have since reopened.
According to the Precinct 8 Harris County Constable's Office, there was a stalled vehicle on the bridge that was towing a boat and a trailer. A second vehicle allegedly drifted over the yellow fog line and struck the boat and the trailer.
The driver of the second vehicle was pronounced deceased.
The two people in the first vehicle were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
