HPD chief to speak on suspended cases

Houston Police Chief Troy Finner is expected to provide an update today about the review into 264,000 cases that were suspended with the code "lack of personnel."

A sign reading "CHIEF FINNER MUST GO!" was posted on the U.S. 59 bridge at Mandell Street.
