ARCOLA, Texas - The City of Arcola water system is back to normal after being "temporarily out of service" on Wednesday afternoon.

What we know:

Arocal Police posted on Facebook at about 12:30 p.m.that the City of Arcola's water system was experiencing an outage.

At about 2:45 p.m., a later post shared that the system was fully restored. Anyone still having issues is asked to contact City Hall.

What we don't know:

The cause of the outage has not been mentioned.
