Tropical Depression Edouard: Tracker, flash flood warnings, live radar

Edouard was downgraded to a tropical depression after making landfall on Tuesday afternoon near Port Arthur. As the storm continues to move north, it is bringing heavy rainfall to several counties north of Houston.
