Disability Unity and Pride Celebration on September 28

The annual Disability Unity and Pride Celebration kicks off Disability Awareness Month.

The event is hosted by the Houston Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities. It features live performances, poetry readings, resources, free lunch and more.

The celebration will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. September 28 at the West Gray Multiservice Center (1475 W Gray St, Houston, TX 77019).
