Non-profit targets illegal dumping in Houston neighborhoods

After growing tired of seeing trash dumped in Houston neighborhoods, a real estate investor gathered up volunteers who are taking matters - and the garbage - into their own hands. FOX 26's Randy Wallace spoke to the organizer behind Clean the Block.
