Houston winter storm: Hard freeze for Sunday, Monday night

An Extreme Cold Warning is in effect for all of Southeast Texas. Actual temperatures are expected to dip into the 20s overnight with wind chill values as low as -5 to 15 degrees. This kind of cold can cause hypothermia quickly and may rupture water pipes if not protected. Don't forget to ring your pets inside and check on elderly neighbors.
