Joy Reid on the Midterms and Bringing “Midterminology” to Houston

What’s really at stake in the 2026 midterms, and will Texas show up? Joy Reid joins Isiah Carey live to talk about the midterms ahead of “The Joy Reid Show: Midterminology,” coming to House of Blues Houston this Sunday, Oct. 25, from 6 to 9 p.m. General admission is $75, student tickets are $45 while they last, and VIP runs $175 to $250 with a meet-and-greet. The conversation comes as early voting opens in Texas, and Harris County voters are already setting records. More than 70,000 people voted by mid-afternoon on day one, beating the 2018 midterm record of 63,188.
