Resolution claims Judge Hidalgo's rodeo incident is grounds for resignation

Harris County Commissioner Tom Ramsey introduced a resolution to recognize the success of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. While introducing the resolution, he acknowledges the incident involving Judge Lina Hidalgo being removed from the grounds and calls for her resignation.
