Complex residents on the 'inhumane' living conditions

Residents at Dyersdale Village Apartments say they are living with rats, rodents and a mold infestation. FOX 26's Leslie Delasbour reported smelling raw sewer leakage from the complex. The health department provided previous complaints from residents at the complex.
