Houston weather: Extreme Cold Warning expires at noon

Much of the area is in the low-20s Tuesday morning and we'll warm up into the 40s for the afternoon. The Extreme Cold Warning in effect will expire at noon as we begin to see a bit more sun in the forecast the next couple of days.
