Former Sweeny Fire Chief arrested on child sex crimes

Former Sweeny Fire Chief Timothy Webb arrested on felony charges related to sex crimes involving a child, allegedly spanning over a two year time period. A former firefighter also allegedly exchanged photos with Webb and is also charged with multiple felonies involving child sex crimes.
