Man killed in Houston police shooting outside apartment complex

One man is dead after being shot by Houston police in southeast Houston early Friday morning. According to HPD Assistant Chief Cantu, the incident began when a woman called police to report she believed her car had been hit in the parking lot of her apartment complex.
