13-year-old fatally stabbed by 10-year-old in Houston, police say
Houston Police say a 10-year-old boy claimed self-defense for stabbing and killing a 13-year-old girl. With 10 being the minimum age for criminal responsibility, FOX 26's Karys Belger spoke to a juvenile justice specialist about the incident.
