Houston weather: Cool, but sunny Thursday; warmer days incoming

It'll be a clear and chilly Thursday morning, but we'll soon enjoy sunshine as temps heat up to the mid-60s. We'll have plenty of sunshine and spring-like afternoons this weekend as highs climb to the upper-70s.
