HPD details arrest made for wanted man accused of robbing, sexually assaulting victim in Memorial Park

Officials say, Terrian Brewer, who was linked to an alleged sexual assault in Memorial Park, where he also "held a sharp object close to their neck, and threatened them with a gun in an attempt to steal their belongings."
