Sheriff Ed Gonzalez gives preliminary information on shocking discovery at West Harris Co. apartment

Officials say they found three kids abandoned in the apartment and what appears to be skeletal remains of another child. The sheriff arrived at the scene to give preliminary information saying it appears the children were left behind for "an extended period of time."
