ACLU files lawsuit against Magnolia ISD over 'gender-based hair' discrimination
Parents say long hair was never an issue up until this year and tell the ACLU their children have been "severely punished...and in some cases forced them out of school altogether." FOX 26's Tiffany Justice spoke with one of the parents involved in the lawsuit to learn more.
